After a short consultation with our solar pros (at no charge), we identify your needs and request proposals from numerous local installers who compete for your business.
ONE APPOINTMENT - MULTIPLE PROPOSALS
Here's a brief walk through of the process;
1. FIND OUT IF SOLAR IS RIGHT FOR YOU
Our expert team will asses site factors such as trees and space for panels along with logistical factors such as net metering/solar buyback and HOA approvals. Much of the assessment can be done online and over the phone.
2. RECEIVE COST PROPOSALS
Once we’ve ascertained that you would benefit from having a solar system and understand the likely costs, we’ll provide
comprehensive proposals from local installers. This document details the complete scope of work, pricing, system specs, and performance projections. Our experts will guide you through your selection based on your needs
3. SITE SURVEY
After choosing an installer and completing contracts, a site survey will be performed in order to begin the design, permitting and HOA approval process. Once this is complete we can set an installation date!
4. INSTALLATION
The installation takes 1-2 days, depending on the complexity and size of the system.
5. PERMISSION
TO OPERATE
After your system passes inspection from the utility company, permission to operate is granted and you can now produce your own electricity!
6. CHOOSE YOUR SOLAR BUY-BACK PLAN
Make sure you switch to a solar buy-back plan with your electric provider! Some are better than others, our team will assist you in that selection as well, depending on your location.
